Building a small-scale organic fertilizer production line in a breeding farm to solve duck manure pollution

According to testing, a duck can excrete approximately 100 grams of feces per day, and 10000 ducks can excrete approximately 1 ton of feces per day. According to the breeding cycle, if calculated in 40 days, about 40 tons of feces will be excreted. A duck farm with a sales volume of 1 million per year will excrete around 4000 tons of feces every year. Due to the continuous discharge of feces, it is a problem that duck farms must solve,

The duck manure organic fertilizer production line utilizes organic rich raw materials such as duck manure and plant straw, and processes them into pure natural green organic fertilizers through the duck manure organic fertilizer production line. The duck manure organic fertilizer production line is mainly suitable for the harmless processing of duck manure, achieving resource recycling and utilization. Duck manure organic fertilizer is a new type of organic fertilizer that is not fully digested by ducks. It is specially treated and does not contain any chemical components. It is widely used for geological improvement in sandy, alkaline, and barren land, and can quickly improve soil moisture, increase soil permeability, and have a good effect on increasing agricultural crop yield.

Production process of organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure:

1. Raw material ingredients: Various animal excrement such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, biogas residue, or fermentable and fertilizer efficient raw materials shall be prepared in a certain proportion;

2. Mixing of raw materials: Stir the prepared raw materials evenly to improve the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the fertilizer particles;

3. Raw material granulation: The evenly stirred raw material is fed into a granulator for granulation;

4. Particle drying: The particles made by the organic fertilizer granulator are fed into the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the particles, increasing their strength and facilitating storage;

5. Particle cooling: The dried fertilizer particles have a high temperature and are prone to clumping. After cooling, they are easy to pack, store, and transport;

6. Particle classification: Classify the cooled particles, and regrind the unqualified particles through an organic fertilizer crusher to screen out the qualified products;

7. Finished product coating: coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of particles;

8. Finished product packaging: Bag the finished product particles and store them in a ventilated place.
