The cattle manure Organic fertilizer production line processes granular Manure

Cow dung contains a large amount of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements and other plant essential nutrients (according to the measurement, the average nutrient content of cow dung: organic matter is 51%, total nitrogen is 2.4%, phosphorus is 3.1%, potassium is 2.2%, and water is 80%) and various biological enzymes (from dairy cow digestive tract, plant feed, and intestinal microbes), which play an irreplaceable role in improving Soil organic matter and its fertility, and improving Soil structure, Therefore, cow dung is a valuable renewable resource, which can be made into high-quality Manure and edible fungus base material through harmless treatment.

The cow dung Organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment for processing Manure with cow dung as raw material. The cow dung in the dung pan can be pumped into the equipment by the cow dung treatment machine through the mud pump, and then dehydrated by the equipment. After treatment, the water content is about 40%. Crops such as straw and rice bran (containing N  P  K) can also be used as filler materials. Then biological inoculum agent can be sprinkled, and 1KG inoculum agent mixed with 20KG water can be moved into the raw materials, which can ferment 1 ton of raw materials. Flip and toss once every 1-2 days, usually 7 to 10 days to fully decompose. Under the configuration of the production line of dairy manure processing machinery and equipment, the operation is stable and the output is guaranteed, meeting the needs of all walks of life for the granularity of Manure products. Although the initial investment cost is high, in the later production process, the benefits brought by a single Manure equipment are incomparable. The high-quality Manure brought by the equipment is real and cost-effective.

Cattle manure Organic fertilizer production line deep processing granulation Manure

1. Crush the screened material and enter the mixing and stirring system. Before mixing and stirring, according to the formula, add N, P, K, and other trace elements to the mixing and stirring system. Start stirring and stir evenly to achieve a uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the fertilizer particles as a whole.

2. Transfer the mixed materials into the granulation system (either using a drum granulator or an extrusion granulator).

3. Particle drying: send the particles made by the Organic fertilizer granulator to the dryer, dry the moisture contained in the particles, increase the particle strength, and facilitate storage.

4. Particle cooling: The dried fertilizer particles have a high temperature and are prone to clumping. After cooling, they are easy to pack, store, and transport.

5. Particle grading: the cooled particles are graded, and the unqualified particles are crushed by the Organic fertilizer grinder and returned to the granulation system to continue granulation. Screen out qualified products.

6. Finished product coating: Coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of particles.

7. Finished product packaging: The finished particles are bagged using an automatic packaging machine and stored in the warehouse.
