The production line of organic and inorganic fertilizer disc granulator can be divided into five main parts:
1. Frame part: Due to the fact that the entire transmission and rotating parts of the machine body are supported by the frame and subjected to significant force, the frame part of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon channel steel and has passed strict quality certification and specific technical requirements, achieving the purpose of using this machine.
2. Adjustment part: The most important part of the entire machine is the granulation disc, and the entire center of gravity of the granulation disc is installed on the adjustment part. 3. Transmission part: The optimization of the transmission part of the entire machine is crucial, and the overall work is carried out accordingly. The electric motor and reducer installed on the transmission adjustment frame are all selected from ISO/9001 quality system certified inspection free products, with reliable quality. The electric motor drives the pulley and V-belt. The reducer and small gear are driven by the small gear to drive the large gear on the granulation plate, which operates the granulation plate. In addition, both large and small gears adopt high-frequency quenching, with a service life twice that of the original. The entire granulation plate is fixed on the driving shaft on the regulating plate, and the column head connection part adopts a taper fit, which is more reasonable in design;
