Scope and characteristics of use of forklift feeders in organic fertilizer production lines

The supporting equipment of the organic fertilizer production line, the forklift feeder, is a type of conveying equipment for loose materials. This equipment can transport both fine materials with particle sizes below 5mm and large materials above 1m. It has strong adaptability, adjustable conveying capacity, and the function of continuously and evenly conveying various materials. It is widely used in departments such as agriculture, building materials, chemical engineering, metallurgy, etc. The newly developed forklift feeder in the aquaculture industry has outstanding advantages such as high traction, low power consumption, low wear and tear, less leakage, stable operation, reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance. The product structures of different manufacturers are similar in technology.

The supporting equipment of the organic fertilizer production line, the forklift feeder, is used to evenly or quantitatively supply materials from the storage bin or other storage equipment to the receiving equipment. It is a commonly used equipment for implementing flow automation. Forklift feeders are mostly used as feeding equipment for ball mills, ore collection belt conveyors. Feeders (feeders) are widely used in industries such as agriculture, coal, electronics, machinery, chemical engineering, building materials, light industry, and grain. In the production process, feeders (feeders) are used to quantitatively, uniformly, and continuously feed block, granular, and powder materials from storage silos or funnels to the receiving device.

Performance characteristics of supporting equipment for organic fertilizer production line, forklift feeder:

1. The groove plate adopts a double arc plate, effectively preventing material leakage.

2. The traction chain adopts a structure that separates load-bearing and traction, improving the ability of the plate feeder to withstand impact loads.

3. The tail tensioning device is equipped with a disc spring, which can slow down the impact load of the chain and improve its service life.

4. The chain plate feeder is composed of five parts: head drive device, tail wheel device, tensioning device, chain plate and frame.

5. There are sleepers at the tail for shock absorption, and special shock absorption rollers in the middle for support, improving the stress conditions of large materials impacting the rollers and groove plates on both sides and increasing the service life of operating components.

6. The specially reinforced head cover and lower cover are detachable on the left and right, which does not hinder the lifting of the crusher rotor body.

7. The head device sprocket has 13 to 15 teeth, with odd and even teeth transmitted separately, increasing its lifespan.

8. The sprocket of the head device is cut into three lobes, and the teeth can be replaced without disassembling the chain plate, making it easy to maintain.

9. The transmission types include open type, planetary type, and suspension type, which are available for selection.

The supporting equipment of the organic fertilizer production line, the forklift feeder, is composed of a weighing system, a chain conveyor mechanism, a silo, and a frame; The chain plates, chains, pins, rollers, etc. of the conveying mechanism are vulnerable parts, which are the first to experience wear and deformation due to different usage intensities and frequencies, and need to be replaced by users; The chain plate feeder has high stiffness and can adapt to large materials with a certain particle size. The silo has a large volume, which can effectively shorten the feeding time of the forklift. However, at the same time, the chain plate transmission speed is slow and the bearing capacity is large. Forklift feeder is generally referred to as feeding, but it has different names due to its different names in different places, and its essence and function are basically the same.
