Selection of Granulation Equipment in Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer Production Line

The npk fertilizer production line mainly includes feeder, disc mixer, chain crusher, drum granulator, drum dryer, drum cooler, drum screener, finished product warehouse, automatic packaging machine, belt conveyor machine, dust settling chamber, heat exchanger. Choose a suitable organic fertilizer granulator according to specific process requirements. There are many types of granulators, such as roller extrusion granulator, disc granulator, drum granulator, etc. 

Organic fertilizer granulation equipment:

1. Extrusion granulator: When the moisture content of compost is 20% to 30%, it enters the granulator and extrudes into cylindrical granules to help you realize mechanized fertilization. The cost of the mold is high, and the granulation is simple.

2. Disc granulator: It uses the principle of the agglomeration method for the production of inorganic compound fertilizer, but due to the moisture content of the compost, the particle size of the material is coarse, the fiber is large, and the agglomeration is large, so it is difficult to agglomerate into granules. The equipment is small and the production capacity is low, about 30,000 to 50,000 yuan.

3. Double roller granulator: It is agglomeration method with disc granulation. It is huge in size, up to 10 m, and has a large production capacity: the smallest reaches 3 t/h, and the price is more expensive: about 100,000 yuan.

4. Roller extrusion granulator: In the npk manufacturing process,the material is fed from the feeding hopper, extruded by the pair of rollers, demolded into balls, and sent to the crushing screen through a pair of chain transmission. The roller extrusion granulation integrates the powder extrusion molding, crushing, finished product screening and other processes into one, with a compact structure and convenient operation. The powder is continuously and uniformly added to the top of the two rolls from the hopper. Under the continuous rotation of the extrusion roll, the powder is bitten between the two rolls and extruded into a sheet, and then falls off under the action of centrifugal action and the sheet’s own gravity. The shaping wheel with toothed claws is divided into particles after being hit, and then enters the separating screen.
