Advantages of processing granular fertilizers on organic fertilizer production lines

The nutritional value contained in chicken manure is higher than that of livestock manure, which can supply sufficient nutrients to soil and crops, and is a high-quality fertilizer. When chicken manure is processed into organic fertilizer, what kind of organic fertilizer equipment is needed, and what is the process flow?

1. Fermentation

The collected chicken manure is mixed with some hay or straw meal and some starter to make compost for fermentation. During the fermentation period, the chicken manure is turned over and fully fermented by a turning machine

2. Crush

The pulverization process can be carried out with a half-wet material crusher. The semi-wet material pulverizer adopts high-speed rotating blades with good particle size, high efficiency and high energy.

3. Granulation

Use a disc granulator or a drum granulator to granulate chicken manure organic fertilizer. The fertilizer is made into pellets that have a certain weight and are not easily blown away by the wind.

4. Drying and cooling

If it is organic fertilizer granules, it can be cooled with cooling equipment without drying equipment. If it is a powder device, it needs to be dried with a tumble dryer first, and then cooled with a cooler.

5. Screening

The granules produced in the granulation equipment will have different diameters and sizes and require a sieving machine for sifting and grading. The unqualified large and small granular materials are transported out through the belt elevator, and then sent to the granulator for re-granulation after being destroyed from scratch.

6. Particle coating

The coating machine is composed of a screw conveyor, a stirring tank, an oil pump, a main engine, etc. It uses a powder or liquid coating process. Can effectively prevent the agglomeration of fertilizers

7. Packaging

Organic fertilizer granules are packaged, fertilizers are automatically packaged and weighed, and quantitative weighing and packaging are completed.
