1. Fermentation

2. Crushing and mixing of ingredients

The function of this system is to crush, mix and mix the composted materials, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, inorganic fertilizers and other additives in a certain proportion. 3. Granulation

4. Drying
Using the dryer, the granulated particles can be further removed to meet the standard requirements of moisture content of organic fertilizer.
5. Cooling
Cooling the granular materials with a cooler helps to store the particles with good quality. The hot particles from the dryer enter into the counter flow cooler from the top. The dry air enters from the lower part of the cooler under the action of the cooling fan, and carries out full cold and heat exchange with the hot and humid particles under the upper part. After cooling, the difference between particle temperature and ambient temperature is less than 5 ℃.
6. Screening
The unqualified particles are separated by drum screening machine, and transported to the crusher by belt conveyor, and then crushed and stirred for granulation again. The qualified particles are carried out in the next process.
7. Packaging
The qualified granules are packed by automatic quantitative packaging machine.
The whole organic fertilizer production process is connected by belt conveyor, bucket elevator or screw conveyor to realize the automatic production of organic fertilizer. The whole set of equipment only needs two or three workers to operate. 

The drum dryer is one of the important equipment in the compound fertilizer production line. The main function of the drum dryer is to remove excess moisture from the raw materials. The entire equipment is installed on a horizontal plane, with the feeding and discharging ends forming an inclined angle. By rotating the internal lifting plate, the material is transported from one end to the other end. The internal lifting plate evenly sprays the material inside the dryer, making it better in contact with hot air, Accelerate the evaporation of water.

The processed organic fertilizer particles to be dried are transported by a belt conveyor to the feed inlet of the feeder, and the particle material flows into the drum dryer barrel along the feeder chute. The feeder is embedded on the outer side of the drying cylinder. As the deceleration drive system drives the overall rotation, the granular material moves backwards with the rotation of the drying cylinder, and the feeder end is filled with heated hot air. Directly contact the material in the drying cylinder to evaporate its water vapor and dry it. During the drying process, the deceleration drive system is adjusted by a frequency converter to adjust the speed of rotation based on the degree of material drying. The material is dried dry, accelerating the value of the frequency converter to quickly pass through the integrated device of drying, cooling, and screening. If the drying effect is not good, lower the value of the frequency converter to make the drying, cooling, and screening integrated device rotate slowly, and the material stays inside for a longer time. The middle induced draft hood draws the dried water vapor out of the drying cylinder. Then, the dried material enters the cooling drum as it rotates. Under the action of the middle induced draft hood, natural air enters the cooling drum from the unclosed end of the cooling machine. As the cooling drum rotates, it picks up the material and directly lowers the temperature of the material to the natural temperature. Afterwards, the granular materials enter the drum screen, and the unqualified materials are screened out from the drum screen. The qualified materials directly enter the next packaging section.

The heat source of the dryer can be coal, electricity, natural gas, biomass particles, biomass oil, etc. The use cost of coal is lower, and the use cost of electricity is higher.

The current drum dryer is well made and has mature manufacturing technology. It not only has high output and lower energy consumption, but also uses high-temperature air generated by a hot air stove to evenly dry materials and is equipped with dust removal technology, which can better meet environmental requirements.

Adding non-toxic and harmless sawdust or coarse rice bran and other auxiliary materials (accounting for 10% – 15% of the total amount of fermented pig manure) in fresh pig manure, or try to mix chicken manure to regulate water content, ventilation and carbon nitrogen ratio, so as to control the water content of pig manure at about 60%. The C / N ratio is between 30 and 40.

The second is to add superphosphate, which accounts for 5% of the total fermentation material, to adjust the pH of pig manure to about 7.5. The additives must be mixed evenly with pig manure, stirred by organic fertilizer machine, and then stacked in a ladder shape in the pretreatment plant. The stacking trapezoid is 2m in width at the top and 3M in the bottom. The stacking strip is in the same direction as the gradient of the ground, so that the exudate can flow into the small ditch on the low side. The stacking time in the pretreatment plant was 7 days in summer and autumn, 10 days in winter and spring, and then it was fermented in fermentation trough.

The pretreatment process of pig manure organic fertilizer production process is as follows: fresh pig manure – adding fermentation bacteria – adding sawdust, rice bran, chicken manure – adding calcium superphosphate – uniform mixing – trapezoidal stacking for 7-10 days – sent to the fermentation workshop
