Process flow of harmless processing of organic fertilizers from chicken manure

The process flow of harmless processing of organic fertilizers from chicken manure aims to transform this agricultural waste into safe and environmentally friendly organic fertilizers. This process includes multiple steps such as collection, pretreatment, harmless treatment, fermentation, post-treatment, and packaging of chicken manure, ensuring that the final product is both nutritious and harmless to the environment and human health. The following is the specific process flow of the organic fertilizer production line:

1. Collection and pretreatment of chicken manure

Collection: Regularly collect fresh or semi dry chicken manure from the chicken coop.

Screening and crushing: Use a screening machine to remove impurities such as plastics, stones, etc. from chicken manure, and then use an organic fertilizer grinder to crush it to improve subsequent fermentation efficiency.

2. Harmless treatment

High temperature fermentation: The crushed chicken manure is piled up into a fermentation pile, which is periodically flipped by a turning machine to ensure uniform oxygen supply and temperature inside the fermentation pile. The high temperature generated during the fermentation process (usually exceeding 55 ° C) can effectively kill harmful organisms such as pathogens and parasitic eggs in chicken manure, achieving harmless treatment. The fermentation cycle is generally 2-4 weeks.

3. Fermentation

Adding auxiliary materials: In order to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio of the fermentation pile and promote microbial activity, auxiliary materials such as straw powder and sawdust can be added to chicken manure.

Monitoring and adjustment: During the fermentation process, temperature, humidity, and oxygen levels need to be monitored and adjusted as necessary to ensure the smooth progress of the fermentation process.

4. Post processing

Drying and screening: Fermented chicken manure needs to be dried naturally or using an organic fertilizer dryer to reduce moisture content to a suitable level for granulation. Then use a screening machine to remove large particles or impurities that have not been completely decomposed.

Granulation: Use an organic fertilizer granulator to process processed chicken manure into granules for easy storage, transportation, and application.

Cooling and coating (optional): Granulated chicken manure organic fertilizers may require cooling to prevent clumping due to high temperatures during storage and transportation. In addition, to improve the physical properties of fertilizers, such as moisture resistance and storage stability, coating treatment can be chosen for fertilizer particles.

5. Packaging and Storage

Finished product packaging: The cooled chicken manure organic fertilizer particles are quantitatively packaged using an automatic weighing and packaging machine, ready for sale or storage.

Storage: Store the packaged chicken manure organic fertilizer in a ventilated and dry warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments to maintain the quality and effectiveness of the fertilizer.

Through the above process, the harmless processing of chicken manure into organic fertilizers not only solves the problem of chicken manure treatment, but also provides high-quality organic fertilizer sources for agricultural production, realizes the resource utilization of agricultural waste, and promotes the sustainable development of agriculture.
