Steps of pig manure Organic fertilizer equipment granulation and fertilizer processing

A large-scale breeding farm has limited land consumption capacity and cleans up a large amount of pig manure every day. We want to dispose of these pig manure, it seems that it’s not that easy to deal with. In the past, when raising pigs and chickens at home, the amount of feces was low, and the land at home could digest these feces. The current situation is that there are so many people every day. If one is lazy and not cleaned up, pigs cannot live a healthy life; If we clean up the feces in a timely manner, we won’t be able to find a “safe place” immediately.

1. Fermentation: Collect poultry manure and urine, mix them with hay and rotting silage to make compost and let it ferment. The Organic fertilizer dumper is used to fully ferment the cow dung after fermentation, which can only be achieved by timely and uniform turning. Some places are very dry now, while others are very wet, which can affect the fermentation quality.

2. Ingredient crushing and mixing: The composted material, along with inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, K, and other additives, is crushed, proportioned, and mixed in a certain proportion through a material crusher and a horizontal mixer using a batching bin.

3. Granulation: new type Organic fertilizer granulator is used to granulate materials.

4. Screening and recycling system: The granular material output from the granulation and forming system has certain differences in particle size and needs to be screened and graded. The selected rotary screening machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen replacement, and is equipped with a screen cleaning device. It is recommended to equip an automatic return system to screen unqualified large and small particle materials, transport them out through a belt elevator, re crush them, and then send them to a granulator for further granulation, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.

5. Drying: use a Organic fertilizer dryer to further remove moisture from the screened particles to meet the standard requirements of Manure moisture content.

6. Cooling: Using a cooling machine to cool the granular material helps to store and maintain the quality of the particles.

7. Packaging: The cooled granular material is transported by a bucket elevator into the finished product warehouse. Granular materials are quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packaging scales.
