Technical process of straw organic fertilizer production line

In recent years, with the improvement of agricultural mechanization and the gradual narrowing of the gap between rural and urban areas, the concept of straw as a fuel has weakened, leading to an increasingly severe phenomenon of straw burning. Due to improper disposal methods, crop straw incineration can also have negative effects on many aspects of social life and production. For example, the high temperature under straw incineration makes beneficial insects (such as earthworms) and microorganisms in the soil unable to survive, seriously affecting the ecological environment of the soil topsoil.

The straw organic fertilizer production equipment is divided into: straw organic fertilizer powder production equipment and straw organic fertilizer granular production equipment.

Technical process of straw organic fertilizer production line:

Firstly, use a straw crusher to crush the raw materials to the appropriate fineness, and then add an appropriate amount of chicken manure or sludge to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio and moisture content of the fermentation raw materials, or add bacterial strains and enzymes.

2. Next is the raw material fermentation section, which can be divided into two stages: first, pre fermentation, which is carried out in the open air or fermentation device, and oxygen is supplied to the stacking layer or fermentation device through flipping and forced ventilation, with straw as the main body to add animal manure. The main fermentation cycle of aerobic composting is about 3-10 days. Secondly, post fermentation involves sending the main fermented semi-finished products to the post fermentation processing process, further decomposing the easily decomposable and difficult to decompose organic compounds in the main fermentation process into stable organic compounds such as humic acids and amino acids, to obtain fully decomposed organic fertilizer products. The subsequent fermentation time is generally around 20-30 days.

3. After fermentation treatment, it can be further dried and crushed according to actual needs to become qualified organic fertilizer raw materials.

4. Compost is generally used in spring and autumn, and must be stored in summer and winter. The storage method can be stacked in fermentation tanks or bagged for storage, and it needs to be dry and ventilated.

Prospects for investing in an organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 10000 tons: An organic fertilizer consumption line can not only meet the local fertilizer demand, but also meet the demand of surrounding markets. Bioorganic fertilizers are widely used in various fields such as farmland, fruit trees, flowers, landscaping, lawns, and soil improvement, with good results. The government has stopped providing subsidies to agriculture and is very supportive of this industry.
