Technology and steps of processing Organic fertilizer with disc granulator

The disc granulator is one of the commonly used equipment in the Manure industry. It is generally suitable for medium and low concentration, small-scale production. The pelletizing disc is adjusted to 40 ° -55 °. The motor reducer drives the gears to add the mixed raw materials. Due to the rotation of the powder fertilizer and the disc, it rises and rolls downwards under the action of gravity. Under the action of the above forces, the material inside the disc gradually forms a base core until it reaches the finished particle size, which overflows from the edge of the disc. This machine has the advantages of high ball forming rate, rounded particles, high strength, anti-corrosion, intuitive operation, and convenient maintenance.

The fertilizer produced by the disc granulator is pure natural Manure, and the organic content can reach 100%. The advantage of the Manure disk granulator is that it is convenient to produce, has abundant raw materials, and can effectively use energy. During the production process, the fermented organic matter does not need to be dried, and the moisture content of the raw material can be between 20-40%. Organic matter is a mutually embedded raw material in production that does not require drying or adhesive.

The disc granulator is composed of a large plate, a large gear, a transmission part, a frame, a base, a scraper frame, and an unpowered scraper.

1. The main body of the disc granulator includes a frame, an adjustment part, and a granulation disc structure;

2. One main reducer, with an input shaft equipped with a pulley and an output shaft equipped with a small gear;

3. One main motor, equipped with one belt pulley;

4. Support the granulation disc device, including one spindle, two sets of roller bearings, and two bearing seats.

Steps for using the disc granulator:

1. Adjust the scraper mixing structure, with a general clearance of 5-10mm between the scraper and the bottom of the disc. After adjustment, tighten the bolts;

2. Adding materials is generally limited to not overflowing the pelletizing tray;

3. Open the sprinkler valve and humidify the material. The degree of humidification is related to the material properties and disc speed;

4. When the ball size meets the requirements, stop and discharge the material.
