The treatment mode and advantages and disadvantages of organic fertilizer fermentation equipment for feces

Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment is currently widely used in organic fertilizer production lines, which can improve production efficiency and produce high-quality organic fertilizers. Before producing organic fertilizers, it is necessary to treat the feces to achieve the best results.

The treatment mode and advantages and disadvantages of manure before the production of organic fertilizer fermentation equipment:

1、 Drying chicken manure mode. Its process involves directly passing chicken manure through high temperature, heating, sterilization, and drying, and finally producing dry chicken manure with a moisture content of about 13%, which is sold directly as a product. There are many manufacturers adopting this mode of production,

The advantages of this mode are: 1. Large production volume and fast speed; 2. The product has stable quality and low moisture content.

But there are also drawbacks: 1. The exhaust gas generated during the production process pollutes the environment. 2. The energy consumption during the production process is high, reaching around 200 yuan per ton. 3. The product only has a dry surface and still has a foul odor and secondary fermentation after soaking in water, making the quality of the product unreliable. 4. The equipment investment is large and the utilization rate is not high. 5. The organic content in chicken manure does not meet the standard.

2、 Direct drying mode. Its main process involves manually spreading and drying chicken manure, crushing it, and packaging it for sale as a product.

The advantages of this model are: low product cost and simple operation;

But it also has drawbacks: 1. It occupies a large area and pollutes the environment. 2. There is still a problem of timeliness and seasonality in air drying, which cannot be produced continuously in a factory. 3. The product has a large volume, low nutrients, and secondary fermentation, making it difficult to ensure the quality of the product.

3、 Biological fermentation mode. It mainly has the following three fermentation modes:

(1) Fermentation in a fermentation tank. The main process flow is to mix chicken manure, peat, and sawdust into a cement tank, ferment with oxygen, crush them after fermentation, and screen and package them into products. The advantages of this model are that the production process is simple and convenient, with less investment and low production costs. The main drawbacks are: 1. The product has low nutrient content and high moisture content, which cannot meet the requirements for commercialization. 2. The degree of continuous factory production is low, and the production cycle is long.

(2) Direct composting. The main process involves mixing chicken manure with straw or peat, with a height of about 1 meter. High temperature composting is used, and regular aeration fermentation is carried out. After fermentation, it is used as a product. The advantages of this model are: simple production process, low investment, and low cost. The main problem lies in 1. The product stacking time is too long, and it is greatly affected by various external conditions, making it difficult to ensure the quality of the product. 2. The degree of continuous factory production of products is not high, and the production cycle is long.

(3) Tower fermentation. The main process flow is to mix chicken manure with auxiliary materials such as sawdust, and then add biological agents. At the same time, the tower automatically flips and ventilates, using biological growth to accelerate chicken manure fermentation and deodorization. After a fermentation cycle, the product is basically the product that comes out of the tower. This model has the advantages of small footprint, low energy consumption, low pollution, and high degree of industrialization. However, its current problems are: 1. Relying solely on the biological heat generated by fermentation to remove moisture, the moisture content of the product cannot meet the requirements of commercialization. 2. At present, the process flow is not running smoothly, resulting in a significant increase in labor costs and the output cannot meet the design requirements. 3. The serious corrosion problem of the equipment has hindered its further development.

The self-propelled organic fertilizer composting machine is highly favored by customers because it can easily help them produce organic fertilizers. Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment, as a specialized machine for producing organic fertilizers, has a very broad market. This series of organic fertilizer high-temperature fermentation equipment is a high-tech fermentation equipment independently developed by a mechanical company, which can be matched into a fully automated production line according to customer needs and financial capabilities. Two to four workers can complete continuous production operations.
